International Shipping & Local Printing

DearStory is built for a global audience. To ensure the fastest delivery and zero international customs delays, we route international orders to high-end printing hubs within the destination region. This means your book is printed locally and shipped domestically within your country whenever possible.

Primary Hub Regions:

  • North America: USA & Canada (Local printing & domestic shipping)
  • Europe: UK, Germany, France, and EU-wide (Regional hub routing)
  • Middle East: UAE & GCC (Priority international routing)
  • Asia Pacific: India, Australia, and Singapore

The Production Timeline

Every DearStory is crafted from scratch.

  • Once you submit your photos and memories, our design phase and revision process begins.
  • After you give us your final digital approval, the physical printing, binding, and quality-check process takes approximately 3 to 5 business days.

The Shipping Timeline

Because we print locally in your region, transit times are minimized:

  • International Orders (US, UK, EU, etc.): Typically 7 to 12 working days total from digital approval to doorstep.
  • India Orders: Typically 10 to 15 days total.
  • Zero Customs: Since we print in your country/region, you will never face hidden international customs fees or import duties.

Unforeseen Delays

While we pride ourselves on punctuality, certain circumstances are beyond our control. Deliveries may experience slight delays during national holidays, extreme weather conditions, or unexpected courier network disruptions. We will always keep you updated and provide a tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched.
